With Desert Daze coming up this weekend, I was inspired to compile a collection of concert videos from one of my favorite artists Slowdive. They’re performing this Saturday night at the three-day festival in Southern California’s Lake Perris.
Part of the original UK shoegaze wall-of-sound guitar movement from the early ’90s, Slowdive has been experiencing a newfound resurgence in popularity. That’s partly thanks to their reunion back in 2014, as well as new material released on last year’s self-titled LP.
This collection of videos spans 2014-2017, two FYF festivals and last year’s show at the Wiltern. Enjoy.
