iamamiwhoami is the electro-pop brainchild of Swedish artist Jonna Lee. She started the electronic music-based project back in 2009, founded primarily on audiovisual presentations of her music. The visual component plays such a significant role that she’s got a YouTube channel devoted to it. Think of her work as short films that are scored.
Musically, this particular track “vista” is an uplifting synth-pop number. Her vocals remind me a little of Robyn crossed with some early Kate Bush. Not a a bad reference point. Give it a listen …
