Tamaryn

These first two tracks from New Zealand-born singer-singwriter Tamaryn Brown are perfect late night lounge lizard psychedelic shoegazy affairs, say 3 to 4 in the morning, when you’re coming down from whatever it is you’re coming down from.  Light a few candles.  Burn some incense.  Turn up the volume.  And chill.

“While You’re Sleeping, I’m Dreaming” from Tender New Signs (2012)

“Mild Confusion” from These Waves (2010)

She embraces a more synth-pop electronic vibe for her third album, and this single in particular.  But I really don’t mind.

“Hands All Over Me”  from Cranekiss (2015)
